$1850-$2200/week (holidays are the higher rates)
Rates are for 4 guests. Additional guests $35/night.
(rates include discount for payment by check)
Credit cards are also accepted. Ask for details.
Not Included in nightly rate:
Cleaning fee : $175 (including disinfection cleaning for Covid-19)
$200 for stays of 4 or more nights
Sonoma County occupancy tax: 12%
Pets : With prior approval & fee of $50 per dog per stay
Holiday weekend rates are: $325-$350/night $2000-$2200/week
3 night minimum stay
3 to 5 night minimum Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years
