Regular Rates:
$350/night (holidays $400-$450)
$2250/week (holiday weeks $2600-$2800)
Rates are for up to 3 guests. Additional guests $25/night.

Not Included in nightly rate:
Cleaning fee :$225 (including disinfection cleaning)
Sonoma County occupancy tax: 12%
Pets : With prior approval & fee of $75 for 1st dog, $50 for 2nd dog
Holiday weekend rates are: $400-$450/night
3 night minimum stay
3 to 5 night minimum Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years
$425-$495/night $2800/week
